A niche professional services organisation based in the City of London is seeking a French speaking interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team.
The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and review a range of contracts including MSAs, sales and supply chain, outsourcing and NDAs across both French and English markets. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for providing legal advice to the wider business, leading on litigation and dealing with some corporate matters as required.
You will ideally have 1-3 years PQE, preferably in-house although candidates from alternative backgrounds with sound drafting and negotiating skills will be considered. Candidates must be fluent French speakers. This position is to cover work in the team while the organisation appoints a permanent Lawyer to the post. You must be available to commence a role on short notice.
