Top tier international law firm in the UAE seeking a 4-6 year PQE associate. You will be joining one of the leading international corporate practices, working alongside leading lawyers on prestigious, complex deals.
You will be working with the firms' high profile clients and should have experience covering high value transactions for a range of clients including cross-border M&A, and private equity fund raising transactions.
You must possess a strong academic background, including an LLB & LLM or JD from a leading law school. Arabic language skills would be preferable, and you must be willing to travel across the MENA region when required.
