Wills Consultant, Specialist Will Writing Company, London, Permanent, up to £25,000

Your new company
This specialist Will Writing Company has over 10 years' experience writing wills. It offers an outstanding service, making the process for its clients as straightforward and simple as possible. Due to the company's expansion and increasing business it is looking for a paralegal to join on a permanent basis, visiting and advising clients in London.

Your new role
You will conduct pre-arranged face to face meetings with clients to offer advice on how best to structure their will. You will meet between 6 and 8 clients a day, travelling across London and meeting at the client's offices. You will spend up to 2 days a week working from home carrying out administrative duties, including drafting documents. You will also partake in regional client meetings, where overnight stay may be required. Where appropriate you will make referrals for additional services, including Lasting Powers of Attorneys, trusts and life insurance. You will draft Wills, prepare and register LPA forms, contribute to regular editions of Newsletters and assist in other areas of the business in peak periods. You will also help to identify and generate new business opportunities, and promote the business at client roadshows.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum 2.1 in your law degree. You will ideally have wills experience. This role will involve lots of travelling to meet clients across London, so you will need a full clean driving license.
