THE ROLE
This role will see the Intellectual Property Solicitor dealing with a varied caseload which will consist of; patents, trademarks, collective licensing disputes, copyright and advertising. team advises clients from a number of sectors which include; TMT, life sciences, energy and natural resources and pharmaceutical.
THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
The ideal Intellectual Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 1 years' PQE in dealing with IP matters. You will have a proven track record of dealing with contentious IP and be confident with this. Ideally my client requires an individual with a scientific background and experience of working on pharmaceutical patent litigation matters.
