Landlord and Tenant Lawyer
London - £35,000 - £45,000 pa
Position - Landlord and Tenant Lawyer
A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join a prominent London legal practice. The firm provide a range of legal services to individuals and businesses in London and the South East, with their Landlord and Tenant practice being particularly busy. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring on a fee earner who can handle a caseload of files covering lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement with no supervision. Ideally the firm would also be looking for an experienced business developer who can help to grow the practice further with help from the Managing Partner. In turn this is a great opportunity for a fee earner with a background in litigation or landlord and tenant work to further develop their skills in a dedicated Leasehold Enfranchisement role, where a support network exists to further their skills in this area and to support them in generating their own revenue streams.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Able to run a caseload of Lease Extension files.
- Able to run a caseload of Leasehold Enfranchisement files.
- Ideally some experience in related business development and marketing.
