The ideal candidate will have:-
- General commercial property experience
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years PQE
- An ability to negotiate effectively and to draft commercial contracts
- A good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- A high level of client care
