The role
We are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients in Sudbury. This is a hands on role ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid background in Residential Conveyancing work. With excellent client care skills, you will handle matters to include: sales and purchases, remortgages; transfers of equity; freehold and leasehold property work; right to buy; shared ownership; lease enfranchisement and; investigating titles. You will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills with good attention to details. The candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ experience;
You must have solid experience with Residential Conveyancing matters;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload with a hands on approach to your work;
You will be detail oriented with good communications skills.
