Position - Plot Sales Conveyancer - Leeds

Due to recent expansion and an influx of quality value work, a position has become available for a number of experienced Residential Property Paralegals to join a highly reputable, award-winning firm in Leeds. My client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal who has the ability to handle their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property files from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience dealing with a variety of Residential Conveyancing files, including freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases and shared ownership. Candidates with 1 to 3 years experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing transactions will have a significant advantage when applying for this role. Although candidates with more experience in this area will also be considered.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 6 months experience handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception through to completion
- Experience dealing with freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases, shared ownership, new builds
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ability succeed working independently and within a team environment
- Possesses outstanding client care skills
- Willing to undertake training in order to progress
