THE FIRM:
Our client is a well-regarded Northern Home Counties based regional law firm.
THE ROLE:
The firm has announced a vacancy for private client solicitor to join its established Wills, Trusts and Probate Department.
You will be handling a broad mix of work including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust Deeds, administering estates and advising clients in relation to probate matters, including administering trusts and preparing Trust Accounts.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role you will be a solicitor with 2-3PQE who has a strong academic background and a proven track record gained from an established national or regional firm.
You must have solid experience in wills, trusts and probate transactional work and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
The work will entail some travel to the firm's other offices on occasion.
