The Role
Our client is seeking a driven and meticulous Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their highly motivated team in their busy conveyancing department. The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload which may include sales and purchases; help to buy; exchange of contracts; transfer of equity; re-mortgages; shared ownership; leasehold and freeholds and; conducting searches. The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will additionally manage support staff and undertake business development activities, promoting the firm to acquire new clients and encourage referrals. You will:
Be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
