The Role
Our client is seeking a driven and meticulous Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their highly motivated team in their busy conveyancing department.  The successful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload which may include sales and purchases; help to buy; exchange of contracts; transfer of equity; re-mortgages; shared ownership; leasehold and freeholds and; conducting searches.  The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will additionally manage support staff and undertake business development activities, promoting the firm to acquire new clients and encourage referrals.  In return, our client offers competitive remuneration; healthcare and; pension scheme with an attractive benefits package.  Please contact Victoria for further information quoting reference VK26724.

The Candidate
You will:
Be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
