Conveyancing Legal Assistant

This long established law firm with offices throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester are seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to work out of there Accrington office.

The position will be within a residential conveyancing team and the client is seeking an Experienced paralegal who is able to "hit the ground running" with routine matters and be able to assist a fee earner at every stage of his residential caseload.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the residential conveyancing process, will be conversant with the transaction process and be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines. Having experience opening, closing and port completion matters including SDLT and archiving files and Undertake Land Registry searches is advantageous.
