Housing Disrepair Solicitor

An experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor is sought by an excellent Blackburn based Law Firm who are long established in the North West market.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with 3+ years of housing disrepair experience, or Civil Litigation Solicitors who have considerable expertise in this area.

You will be joining a growing Firm which is reporting considerable success in traditional and new Practice Areas over recent years. The Housing Disrepair team is a new avenue for them, and as such you will be handling a busy caseload (100-200 files), whilst assisting in the strategic development of the department. Expect to be involved in providing tenancy management advice, anti-social behaviour cases, injunctions, possession cases, disrepair cases and leasehold disputes.
