My client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank looking to hire a Private Client Associate into their legal team at AVP level.
The role is focused on providing advise on a range of issues including -
- Regulatory advice to banks investment services and funds.
- Advise on the development, maintenance, change and closure of investment services.
- Work collaboratively with members of the Savings and Investments, Legal team to deliver support on risk management activities in Legal and in the business including developing and complying with policies and procedures and the legal and regulatory framework.
- Providing support, as required, in relation to other matters being worked on by the Savings and Investments, Legal team, including regulatory change impacting the Barclays UK business, structural reform and the implications of Brexit.
A strong candidate should have at least one years post qualification experience from a top city law firm or financial organisation. The candidate should have proven technical expertise in financial markets and regulation specifically with investment funds.
