Residential Conveyancer
Ipswich, £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to work with a well established law firm based in Ipswich.
Our client is a reputable, longstanding practice with a strong presence in East Anglia. Operating from more than one office, they serve both UK and international clients across all areas of commercial and personal law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of conveyancing matters, to include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property from instruction to completion.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. IT proficiency and excellent client facing skills are also essential.
In return for this role, you can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a benefits package to include a parking permit and pension scheme. If you are bringing considerable experience, a higher basic salary can be considered.
