Our client, a listed FCA / PRA regulated financial services organisation seeks to recruit two lawyers to join their existing legal function, one with a minimum of 3PQE and the other a minimum of 5PQE. The client has two offices, one in Surrey and one in the City and there is flexibility to work in either albeit with some travel to the other.
The successful candidates will provide legal support to the business and report in to the lead Lawyer for the Corporate and Commercial team. Experience in company commercial law gained within the Insurance or Financial services sector is essential. Specific experience of insurance / reinsurance products and / or investment Funds/derivatives would be particularly useful as would be time spent in-house rather than purely within a law firm.
