Compliance Manager - Global FMCG Company
East Midlands
Role:
- Implementation of anti-corruption diligence controls relation to: vendor on-boarding and management, gifts, hostings and contributions
- Oversight of EMEA/APAC Compliance Operations Hub
- This position will be responsible for reporting, reconciliations, monitoring and tracking
- Will have critical coordination and oversight of global projects relating to vendor management and other diligence matters
- Given the scope of vendor management and the provision of gifts/hosting/contributions, the position will have frequent interactions with Associates across the company and across various levels
- Oversee high number of high risk vendor files across all EMEA and APAC markets and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate between various stakeholders in different functions and with different goals when implementing Compliance policies and procedures
