I am currently partnered with an Elite Wall-Street firm in their search for top caliber HK Corporate lawyers.
My client is looking for a mid-level HK Qualified individual with experience in Corporate Finance, High-Yield Transactions and M&A to join their team. This role will be working with only the highest profile clients in the market. It will also give you the chance to gain exposure to the most complex transactions that are available on the market.
This role is unique in that will allow individuals with a pure Cap markets background the chance to gain exposure to big ticket transactions within M&A
This firm pays top US rates as well as COLA for associates over three years qualified.
Requirements:
- HK Qual
- 3+ PQE
- Prior experience at a top tier US law firm
- Only consider elite candidates
- JD preferred
- Fluent Mandarin
