Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint a Mid to Senior patents/litigation lawyer to join their office in the Netherlands. The team are known for their wide range of IP/Patents work ranging from privacy and trademarks to specialist patent lawyers in all areas. The team are known for their experience on leading firm ranking websites such as chambers and legal 500.
The team are seeking a Senior patents/IP lawyer with 5-10 PQE. The role will be for a lawyer admitted to the Dutch bar.You will need experience in; IP/patent (disputes), Trademarks and copyright. Most of your experience will be in patent law, specifically in the medical/pharmaceutical sector of patents – or the mechanical & software sectors. Previous experience in a leading law firm is a bonus but is not necessary. Fluency in Dutch and English as well as Dutch bar admittance is mandatory.
