The role

My client is an outstanding practice, which has locations spread all over the UK and is now offering an ambitious MOJ motor portal fee earner the opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team. This opportunity will be for working within its well-established Personal Injury Motor department in Liverpool.

As a RTA MOJ motor portal fee earner you will manage a full caseload of Stage 1 and 2 RTA MOJ portal claims from start to finish, so some experience in these areas will be advantageous. Your role will involve reviewing CNFs submitted to the Portal, and reviewing medical evidence and settling claims.

The candidate

My client is very keen to receive applications from ambitious and motivated MOJ motor portal fee earners who have experience handling motor files in stages 1 and 2 of the MOJ portal, from either a claimant or defendant background. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
