Are you a banking & finance solicitor with a leaning towards property finance and contemplating a move in the Glasgow area?

My rapidly expanding client, a powerhouse in this market, has a requirement for someone of this skill-set to take on caseload of real estate finance transactions for some of the UK's leading clients.

Whilst the bulk of this work will be Scotland based, you will have clear opportunity to become involved in English referral work and move towards dual qualification if this is something that you are keen to work towards.

This is a key role within a team that advises across the entire range of property finance work including development, acquisition, refinancing and restructuring.

This team can readily boast being one of UK's largest and most respected departments of it's kind and they will consider applicants pushing for, or already at, associate level.

Due to the nature of the role, applications are encouraged from England & Wales qualified solicitors looking to make the move to, or back to, Scotland.
