I am recruiting for a top 20 law firm, with an international presence.
They have had especially good financial results over the last several years, and their construction team has always been one of their most profitable and most high profile departments.
They have had an influx of new work, and are looking to speak to both contentious and non-contentious lawyers separately, as they split the team.
On the non-contentious side, the work is a mixture of domestic and international infrastructure / utility / energy projects, running from both the NEC / JCT contracts and also EPC contracts.
On the contentious side, they deal with a number of high profile disputes, arbitrations and mediations, again, in relation to large scale domestic developments, large scale PPP / PFI projects, and international energy projects, with an increasing number of disputes arising from energy projects in Africa and Asia.
