Banking Litigation NQ -1 PQE

Our client, a leading National firm, is looking to expand their Banking practice. They are currently seeking a NQ Solicitor to join their Bristol office.

The successful candidate is most likely to have excellent academics and have trained in a leading regional or city firm. You will have experience in a banking litigation/insolvency team. The role will include advising banks and on regulatory matters, whilst also building strong corporate recovery and professional negligence experience. You are likely to be commercially minded and a keen business developer whilst possessing excellent technical skill. Your organisational and communication skills will be exemplary and you will have a strong client focused approach to your work. The role will include advising banks and on regulatory matters, whilst also building strong corporate recovery and professional negligence experience.
