Leading Legal 500 ranked firm are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer as part of ongoing growth in the conveyancing department based in Bolton.
This successful and well established law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who can work autonomously in handling their own caseload of a mix of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including purchase, sale, remortgage, and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Ensuring strong service delivery for clients and work providers through pro-active management of files through to exchange and completion.
You will likely be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in managing your own caseload of mixed conveyancing/residential property files. In addition to fee earning responsibilities.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and will include a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities.
