IN-HOUSE COSTS NEGOTIATOR
MERSEYSIDE/ CHESHIRE
A leading Personal Injury Law firm on the Cheshire/Merseyside border are currently seeking a Costs Negotiator to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a couple of years under their belt working as a Defendant Costs Negotiator, ideally handling a caseload of Personal Injury matters.
Your caseload will consist of a variety of PI matters on a fast track and multi track basis including RTA, EL & PL cases.
Your duties will include reviewing bills of costs, negotiating settlement & drafting Points of Dispute.
