A City of London based law firm has a vacancy for a real estate finance solicitor.
Working with a growing client base which comprises financial institutions, hedge funds, institutional funds, developers and investors, and private equity funds, this real estate finance role will suit a solicitor with good experience of advising on bridging finance, debt restructurings and refinancings, sale and leasebacks, and the creation of property funds.
