A senior level corporate solicitor position has arisen within a City of London based Top 50 firm. 

This international law firm has offices across the globe and nationwide. With high rankings across the board, the City of London based corporate department is no exception. Dealing with complex and high value matters, the corporate department holds an excellent reputation and has a loyal client base.

There is now an opportunity for you as a corporate solicitor to join the City of London office of this successful practice. You will work on a range of corporate matters, including, but not limited to, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, shareholder/investment agreements, joint ventures, share buy-backs, and corporate governance. 

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:

• Fully qualified corporate solicitor (ideally 5 years' PQE +)
• Expertise in a range of corporate law work gained at a leading City or regional practice
• Business development & marketing skills 
• Top academics
