Insurance/Commercial Litigation Legal Executive
We are currently working with an industry leading team in Birmingham looking for an experienced Insurance/Commercial Litigation Legal Executive with experience in a mix of Claimant and Defendant liability work.
Insurance/Commercial Litigation Legal Executive role:
In this Insurance/Commercial Litigation Executive role you will act on matters for leading commercial insurers on high value Fast and Multi Track cases for Property damage, policy coverage/fraud and public or product liability matters.
Key responsibilities:
The candidate will have a strong track record of acting for large high value clients in either:
Commercial or Construction Litigation
Professional Indemnity/Negligence
Coverage or Fraud
Training will be provided. You will have the ability to take a technicallyl yet commercially driven approach and meet the needs of the client as well as to prioritise a busy workload and be a' safe pair of hands' to work independently with minimal supervision.
