Assistant Law Costs Draftsman
City of London
This multi service firm has a great reputation in dealing with claimant personal injury work especially with Trade Union members. The Costs Department is looking to recruit a costs draftsperson to their busy team where you will be responsible (under supervision) for a caseload including PI (RTA, EL and PL) fast and multi-track matters as well as non-asbestos related disease cases. You will be managing the caseload up to passing over to an experienced advocate for Detailed Assessment.
The successful candidate will need to have good experience of preparing bill of costs, preparing advices to fee earners as to prospects of recovery, preparing Statement of Costs for Summary Assessment, preparing Precedent H and Form H as well as assisting with bills, costs budgets, PODs and replied to PODs.
