Notes on the Application Process
On clicking reply you will be diverted to our company website to complete your application and upload your CV.  The Law Society, law firms and legal recruiters have been working together to acquire a better understanding of the diversity of the legal “talent pool” and monitoring the diversity of those involved in the recruitment process is one important way to build this understanding. Our client is a committed supporter of this initiative and as such requires we collect diversity information from all applicants. Accordingly our application form includes questions from the Law Society diversity monitoring form. For questions that some may deem sensitive there is the option to answer ‘Prefer Not to Say’.
We often receive high volumes of interest and applications in roles advertised and accordingly are unable to speak to everyone potentially interested prior to application. If you have questions or would appreciate a call rather than email in the event we wish to progress your application, please add comments in the cover letter field.
