Your new role

This corporate role will see you handle a comprehensive range of transactional work, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. You will also handle company formations, re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and investment agreements and offer advice on general company law compliance and corporate governance.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You should be looking for an opportunity where you can join a progressive practice that can provide you with high quality work.
