An opportunity has opened up for a top calibre candidate to join a market leading US firm in their Corporate M&A team in London.
The opportunity will be handling significant M&A and corporate transactions within both public and private M&A.
The firm is looking for candidates in the Junior / mid-level experience bracket, with a minimum of 2PQE. The predominant preference is for England & Wales qualified Associates in the first instance. It is expected that applicants will have a strong career history to date, supplementing a first-class academic record
