In house corporate/commercial lawyer at 0-2 years PQE sought by London City office of large international organisation.
This role arises in an existing in-house legal team. The remit will be to work with the team providing a range of legal advice in respect of corporate and commercial legal issues.
This includes the negotiation and drafting of contracts, drafting of legal policies, procedures and documentation. Management of trademark portfolio will be included in duties, as will data protection compliance and more broader sector specific corporate governance responsibility.
