We are currently working with a top-tier law firm in the Midlands to appoint a Clinical Negligence Paralegal into their Clinical Negligence team located in Birmingham.
About the Clinical Negligence Paralegal role:
In this Clinical Negligence Paralegal role you will be assisting the Medical Negligence team with a broad range of matters.
You will take ownership for the online systems to ensure a smooth service for clients and coordinate amongst lawyers, witnesses, experts and solicitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and draft legal reports for clients
- Managing collation of evidence and key documents
- Coordination of litigation timetables, deadlines and medical reports
- Take detailed witness statements and liaise with experts to create reports
As the Clinical Negligence Paralegal you must have Clinical Negligence experience or be a high performing litigation paralegal. You will possess a great eye for detail and have exceptional organisational skills.
