Investment Funds Lawyer

Excellent new role for a junior investment funds lawyer to join a leading global law firm, based in their offices in Dublin.  

The firm are interested in speaking with candidates from 3 + PQE  level (must have completed at least a seat in Investment Funds or Asset Management) up to circa 5 years PQE. 

Work on offer will include advising clients on a wide variety of regulatory funds issues, with a particular focus on the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of UCITS and non-UCITS collective investment schemes.

Additionally, the team also advise fund service providers including administrators and custodians as well as promoters and investment managers.

Ideally, candidates will have experience in investment funds, asset management or financial regulations. The firm are interested in speaking with lawyers in the Irish market as well as lawyers currently working in London looking to return/ relocate to Dublin.
