Real Estate Finance Solicitor

Thornton Legal have been instructed on an attractive Real Estate Finance Solicitor position working for a nationally recognised law firm in Manchester City Centre.

Real Estate Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE are sought. Salary up to £50,000. Outstanding benefits.

The role will involve advising a broad range of clients, including operators, property developers, owners and financiers, on matters extending to;

Acquisitions (individual and bulk)

Disposals (individual and bulk)

Property Finance transactions

Negotiation of leases and associated documents

Dealing with development and requisite documentation

Property portfolio management including licences consents and granting of underleases

Mentor to junior members of the team

Candidate Requirements are as follows:

Law degree or equivalent

Property involvement and management experience is essential

Experience of property finance and development work is desirable

Portfolio acquisition/disposal/refinance experience is desirable

Demonstrates an understanding of clients, colleagues and others

Excellent communication skills

Able to prioritise tasks and to work under pressure

Excellent organisational skills

Adherence to guidelines and procedures

The ability to work as part of a team and independently
