Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Liverpool

We are acting on behalf of a highly-rated Liverpool based, commercial law firm that advises businesses both nationally and internationally. They include SME's, financial institutions, large retailers, real estate investors and PLC's.

They have a very strong Commercial Division spread across a number of offices nationally and are looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor with strong commercial contract drafting/negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will be between 3 - 6 years PQE but outstanding candidates from outside this bracket will be considered provided they have a strong cv.

Work would be varied and include all manner of commercial contracts work including: E-commerce and online contracts, franchising and licensing, Intellectual Property exploitation, partnering and licensing, IT and software contracts, sales/agency and distribution agreements

Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate.
