Locum Conveyancing Lawyer required for temporary assignment next week in Liverpool.

With multiple office locations, they have acquired experienced lawyers and support staff with international experience providing excellent client services while maintaining client following. They have a great sense of community, actively participating in various local charities and events. Located within easy reach of local amenities and good bus links, they are now seeking a Locum Conveyancing Lawyer to join their office on the outskirts of Liverpool from Monday 18th September onwards.

The role
We are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum Lawyer to join our clients in Liverpool. This is a hands on role requiring immediate start and ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid background in Residential Conveyancing work. With excellent client care skills, you will handle matters to include: sales and purchases, remortgages; transfers of equity; freehold and leasehold property work; right to buy; shared ownership; lease enfranchisement and; investigating titles. This is a temporary assignment offered on a full time basis for an immediate start from Monday 18th September

The candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years' experience;
You must have solid experience with Residential Conveyancing matters;
You must be available to start immediately;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload with a hands on approach to your work;
You will be detail oriented with good communications skills.
