This leading U.S firm is looking to hire a junior to mid-level banking and finance lawyer. The team undertake a range of work, with a particular focus on leveraged/acquisition finance, working predominantly on the sponsor side and they have been involved on some of the most high profile mandates in recent years. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who is perhaps working in a larger team at a Magic or Silver Circle firm who wants to join a smaller team, where you will get a lot of client contact, in addition to getting a lot of Partner support.
