Conveyancing Paralegal

Badenoch and Clark are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join there clients office based in Bolton. The client is an award winning, top 150 law firm with a strong commitment to the future growth and development of the business. The role:
* The successful candidate will manage their own caseload within a busy Department.

* You will provide their clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements. You will be expected to ensure that all business targets relating to service, quality and productive are being met.
* You will also be expected to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts.

Your experience will include:

* Relevant qualification (law degree or appropriate paralegal qualification) or directly related work experience.
* Good knowledge of property processes and procedures.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT skills and knowledge of office systems and procedures and file management.
* Ability to work to agreed priorities on an autonomous basis subject to supervision by a qualified lawyer.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines.
* Proactive and professional approach to role and a strong team player.
* Attention to detail and ability to produce work that is accurate.

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000.
