Owing to a period of sustained growth, the firm is now seeking a Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join the team.
The Role
This is an opportune time to join our client as a Housing Disrepair Lawyer, as the successful Lawyer will conduct their work with the support of a reputable specialist firm. Representing tenants in housing disrepair claims will form the foundation of your work, so it is essential to possess at least two years plus experience in this area of housing litigation. More specifically, your duties will include: advising clients on landlord obligations; assessing if there is additional costs for damages to belongings; conducting own advocacy; and negotiating settlements.
