The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lease Extensions Property Lawyer to join a specialist team within a busy and demanding property department. The successful Lease Extensions Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload acting for landlords and tenants across the capital and beyond, predominantly dealing with lease extensions and some enfranchisement matters. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with at least 2 years PQE.
You must have solid experience of lease extensions and enfranchisement.
You must have comprehensive knowledge of the property marketplace.
You must have a strong academic background.
You must be highly technical with exceptional organisational skills.
You must be personable with excellent communication skills on all levels.
