Our client, a global wholesale and distribution business is seeking a lawyer to join their established team based in Weybridge.
Reporting into the General Counsel, responsibilities will include providing clear and insightful legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters across a variety of jurisdictions.
The role will include;
* Advising on a range of commercial contracts including but not limited to handling procurement, distribution and licensing matters
* Contributing broadly to the leadership of the business, working effectively with senior members of the legal team and senior management both in the UK and internationally
* Creating strong internal and external relationships with the divisional businesses, functions and local country businesses
You will be a qualified solicitor and hold a minimum of 2 years PQE * with in-house experience and some understanding of the pharmaceutical or distribution sector being desirable. International experience and/or languages would also be advantageous.
You will need to hold a commercial view when advising on legal matters and risk whilst being able to work seamlessly with others and provide support where necessary.
