This firm is looking for an excellent Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a flourishing office in Oxford.

The Role

The Corporate department is one of the fastest growing departments, being a practice area of particular emphasis. You will work with a highly-experienced Partner dealing with a broad caseload including; acquisitions, disposals, take-overs and mergers, asset sales/purchases, partnership/shareholder's agreements, loan agreements, company restructuring, company/partnership formation, company secretarial issues, employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.
You will work along side an experienced partner, dealing with a broad case load making this much more of an interesting role.
You will get excellent training and support, not just in technical skills but how to build business. The Partner that you will work alongside is a strong business generator, and the department is currently flourishing.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be ambitious and dynamic and possess good technical knowledge
• Excellent prospects for progression
• You will receive a basic salary up to £45k, plus a very good bonus structure
