Private Client Solicitor/Associate (with agricultural experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading Top 200 practice in Sheffield as an Associate Solicitor.

Work would include including Wills, Probate, Tax, IHT, Elderly Client, LPAs, Court of Protection and Estate Management. You would also have the opportunity to deal with high value estates. STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential for this role as well as experience dealing with high net worth individuals.

The role will based in the centre of Leeds where you will have a great deal of autonomy running an existing case load of high quality varied work including more complex matters with secretarial support.  Experience of deal with agricultural client would be a distinctive advantage in this role due to the existing client base – however training will be given to the right applicants.

Personality as much as experience will play a major part in choosing the right candidate due to the nature of the work, being able to deal with client's face to face in a professional and supportive manner. You should have experience of, and be comfortable dealing with a HNW client base and be excellent technically.
