Commercial Property Lawyer

Our client is an ambitious, rapidly growing firm with an excellent reputation in the regional market. They currently have a requirement for a 5 year + PQE Commercial property solicitor to join their team and to manage their own case load.

The firm offers a full range of legal services and the Commercial Property team has been going from strength to strength, gaining new business and varied, quality work. This is an autonomous role and you will handle an existing and established case-load, so you must be technically competent, however you will also be expected to develop new business and grow the department further. You will therefore be an ambitious and articulate lawyer with all round excellent communication. For the right candidate, ongoing career progression will be made available, as will a competitive remuneration and package.
