Lexcel accredited practice seeks dedicated Family Solicitor for specialist team in Merseyside.

The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Family Solicitor for a specialist team based in Liverpool. With solid experience in both private and publicly funded family matters, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: divorce; financial relief; cohabitation disputes; child care proceedings; domestic abuse and; conducting advocacy as required. Membership of the Children’s panel and/or a following of clients is desirable but not essential. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ plus PQE;
You must have experience in private and publicly funded Family matters;
You shall have strong communication skills and a client-focused approach;
Children Panel Membership and/or a following of clients is highly desirable but not essential;
You shall be IT Literate, ideally with experience using CCMS;
You will be highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
