Property Litigation Solicitor

Ranked tier 1 for its commercial litigation services, our client is looking to bolster its property litigation arm of the team. They are seeking to recruit a property litigation solicitor, or associate solicitor, who has extensive experience in commercial property matters, along with residential property matters including boundary disputes.

Your main clients will be retail, investor, developer and commercial clients, representing both landlord and tenants in matters to include; asset management issues, termination of tenancies, forfeiture, break notices, dilapidations, lease renewals, possession claims, rights to light, and rent arrears.

In this property litigation solicitor role, you will work closely with partners and other senior members of staff, enabling you to develop your own experience. The department would like a solicitor who enjoys business development, who is commercially aware, and somebody who has the desire to succeed. The perfect candidate would have some experience of dealing with mixed use and residential property disputes.
