The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with experience in divorce and matrimonial finance to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will manage a rewarding caseload focussing on divorce law and the financial matters arising from therein. In addition, your duties may include mediation work, so qualification status as a Family Mediator would be advantageous. You will be an integral part of the team and will be expected to undertake business development work involving marketing and networking. The firm takes a modern approach to client care with the provision of fully up-to-date IT systems for its staff which offer the possibility for the successful Family Solicitor to undertake some home-working as required. You must be a qualified Solicitor with PQE from at least 1 year and above.
Experience in divorce and matrimonial finance law is essential.

To be qualified as a Family Mediator is advantageous.
Business development experience is desirable.
