The Role
The Crime department is currently very busy with them having recently expanded. You will work on a broad range of work, attending police stations as a Duty Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of both Magistrates and Crown Court matters, the firm tend to get a wide variety of different offences making the role more interesting. They have a good reputation locally and do get a lot of referral work. The department has an excellent track record in terms of defending cases.
Requirements
- You will be a Duty Crime Solicitor with at least two years PQE
- You will have excellent technical knowledge, be ambitious and have a real focus on quality
- You will have a focus on delivering first-class client service
- Salary will be dependent on your level of experience, although up to £42k (negotiable)
