Residential Property Lawyer (3+ Years PQE)

There is a clear opportunity at this firm for an experienced Property Solicitor to progress during this time of expansion, which is the reason for the role. Despite having such a rich heritage in the area, they are not stuck in the past and are looking to grow and their loyal client-base and brilliant reputation will help springboard this.

The firm require an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Practitioner to join the team at our Midhurst, West Sussex office.

The role…

You will advise on a varied workload. You will be joining a large Property Department extended across the firm's other three offices.

The candidate…

The successful candidate will demonstrate a client-focused approach, possess excellent IT and literacy skills as well as being extremely well organised.
You will have the necessary experience of dealing with Sales and Purchases of Freehold, Leasehold and some unregistered properties to be self-sufficient in these areas.
You will have a proven track record of attention to detail, and be capable of prioritising and working well under pressure. Those looking to relocate to the area will be considered, particularly if you have links to the area.

• You will be a Property Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You must be able to demonstrate strong technical skills and preferably
• You should be enthusiastic and professional
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
